  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • I'd like to transport an animal soon. What steps do I need to take?
    Contact us thru our contact form on website. We can email about all the details as needed. Once we've planned a route I will email you contract and other paperwork that is needed before the pickup date.
  • What do you charge to transport an animal?
    Each transport is priced differently. I start with a base charge per mile of planned transport route. This will change if I add a transport of another animal into the trip. I try to put all my upcoming routes onto the calendar on my website so we can discuss adding your transport onto one of those trips. Crate Fee: Is a charge I use when transporting multiple animals from same client. It is lower than the base rate but still covers the extra time at each rest stop for pet care and feeding. Private Rate: Will be slightly higher than the base rate because I will not be able to accommodate another paying client during that segment of the journey.
  • Why do you not accept certain types of payments.
    After researching various payment options I chose those that I felt offered the best protection for both the client and myself. Some of the newer and more popular apps right now offer no way to recover funds sent by client if they were made mistakenly to wrong email address or phone number.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What does USDA certified mean?
    I understand that clients are worried about the quality of the people they entrust with the care of their pets. I sought out USDA certification so that clients would know that I've been vetted by the USDA.   • What size crates and vehicles do you use to transport? Do I need to provide a crate?
    This will be placeholder until I get answer from Karen.
  • I am not ready to plan specific date now, can I contact you about future needs?
    You can ask to join our facebook group. We have discussions on upcoming routes and clients looking for routes. You can post about your planned needs for future routes etc there. You can also contact us with the contact form on our website and we can message you about setting up future routes.
